Over the past 20 years, the Kickin’ Chicken has evolved from a delivery place on stilts to college bar, to the family-friendly, bar-for-all it is today. Positions & descriptions
host/hostess
Our Host position interacts and seats our Guests. They answer phones and take to go orders. Our Guest first Service starts with our hosts.
Server
Kickin’ Chicken Servers take care of our Guests through our Guest First Service steps. They also run food, answer phones, and help keep our restaurants running great. Each server understands our menu and can tour guide each Guest through a great dining experience.
Bartender
Our Bartenders take care of the Guest in serving drinks including Craft Beers, Local Craft Beers, and our in house Specialty Cocktails. All of our bartenders are fluent in our menu.
Expediter
The Quarterback of the kitchen. They ensure that all food gets to the Guest in a timely manner and that the food is served perfectly and to our standards.
Line Cook
Cook food from scratch in a dedicated kitchen where you are trained in all aspects of KC kitchen life.
Manager
To manage in our restaurants is to be a true expert in shift running and taking care of the Guest. We run our company through our managers because we have the best in the business.
